We also process limited technical data needed to operate the Service.

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, personalize your learning experience, maintain your study progress, process subscriptions, enforce fair-use limits, and communicate with you about your account.

3. AI-Generated Content

Word lookups and related study materials (definitions, translations, example sentences, memory aids, and practice content) are generated by artificial intelligence. To produce them, the word or text you query may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing. AI-generated content may contain errors and is provided for study purposes only.

4. Payments

Subscription payments are handled by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. Non-subscriber accounts that have had no active login for more than six (6) months may be permanently deleted, together with their associated data.

You may request permanent deletion of your account and personal information at any time by emailing us at the address below. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as authentication, hosting, AI processing, and payments), and where required by law.
